Luxury Customer Service & Logistics Lead (Fixed-Term)

Nichebox in London is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Executive on a fixed term contract to support our luxury fragrance brands. You will manage B2B orders end to end, coordinate shipments, and liaise with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, warehouses and 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations.

You will maintain customer communications, monitor forecasts, handle returns and invoicing, and help drive cost-efficient logistics across global locations.
