IT Service Delivery & Operations Coordinator

Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join the Service Delivery team. This role sits within our central IT department, but it is not a technical position; it focuses on organisation, records, and operational control to keep business operations running smoothly.

You will manage IT assets lifecycle, conduct audits, support onboarding and offboarding, coordinate with IT and the wider business, and drive process improvements to deliver accurate work.
