Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED – SCHOOL ROOF BUILD

Location: Malvern, Worcestershire

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a roofing project at a school in Malvern.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from start to completion, ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the roofing project
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
• Liaise with the school, client and other project stakeholders
• Monitor programme, quality and costs
• Ensure all health & safety requirements are met
• Resolve site issues and keep the project moving to schedule
• Maintain clear project records and reporting

We are looking for

• Proven experience managing construction/roofing projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of health & safety and site procedures
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and contractors
• Experience working on live or occupied sites, ideally schools or similar environments
• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS/CSCS would be advantageous
