ASDA is seeking a Team Leader (Food Services) in Ilminster to lead one branded outlet (Greggs, Subway or Burger King) and drive fast, friendly, high-quality service. You’ll be hands-on, ensuring smooth operations, confident teams and strong customer focus throughout busy shifts.

You’ll manage daily routines, support new starters and uphold food safety and brand standards, while coordinating prep, queues and problem-solving to sustain successful service.
