Production Operations Lead — High-Impact Food Manufacturing

Pro-Pak Foods is looking for a hands-on Food Production Operations Supervisor in Malton to lead frontline teams, optimise production flow and drive performance on the shop floor.

The role requires experience supervising a team of at least 20, familiarity with MES and work orders, HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3, and a track record of lean improvements.
