Product Quality Specialist | CAPA & Continuous Improvement

Macstaff in Warwick is seeking a Quality Manager to lead investigation, resolution and prevention of product quality issues across the UK. You will work with Product Management, Customer Service, Technical Support and Production to solve technical challenges and improve customer experience.

This role focuses on being the product quality expert rather than people management, with hybrid working, regular travel to Stoke-on-Trent and occasional customer visits, and a competitive package.
