Remote Internship Team Lead — Part-Time (Fridays)

Shaw Trust in the UK seeks a part-time Supported Internship tutor or job coach to oversee the delivery of Supported Internships across a designated area, manage the mentoring team, and ensure KPIs and high-quality services for young people.

You will support the Supported Internship Management team, contribute to wider Shaw Trust Group development across the UK (including remote delivery), and work with partners to design effective coaching and mentoring.
