Premier Inn Taunton is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts and keep the hotel running smoothly. You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need.

You’ll lead shifts, coach colleagues, resolve guest queries, keep guests safe and collaborate with the Hotel Manager and leadership team. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours and clear progression.
