Organic Retail Team Leader – Sustainable Living Advocate

Daylesford Pimlico is seeking a Retail Team Leader to guide the shop floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold Daylesford’s organic ethos. You’ll inspire the team, manage day-to-day operations, and model sustainable living for customers.

In this full-time role (40 hours per week), you’ll lead training, monitor stock and merchandising, handle queries, and drive sales targets while maintaining a welcoming store experience in line with our brand values.
