Key Responsibilities

• – Manage the daily operations of the retail store and ensure smooth running of all activities..
• – Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff..
• – Recruit, train, and support employees to maintain high performance standards..
• – Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally..
• – Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets and KPIs..
• – Manage stock levels, deliveries, replenishment, stock checks, and inventory control..
• – Ensure the store is clean, organised, well-presented, and compliant with company standards..
• – Manage staff rotas, attendance, holidays, and daily workloads..
• – Monitor cash handling, banking procedures, and daily financial controls..
• – Implement company promotions, merchandising standards, and marketing initiatives..
• – Monitor operating costs and help maximise store profitability..
• – Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements..
• – Prepare sales and performance reports for senior management..
• – Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency..
• – Deal with operational issues quickly and effectively.
