Hybrid Fashion Supply Chain Customer Executive

Lacoste is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join the UK & Ireland Supply Chain and Merchandising team in London. The role blends office-based coordination with home working, acting as the bridge between Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain and customers, including teams in France.

You will manage order entry, stock movements and customer service activities, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while supporting wholesale operations for the brand.
