Backshift Depot Supervisor – Fleet Readiness & Safety Lead

Global Highland is seeking a Depot Supervisor – Backshift to lead the afternoon and evening transport operation. You will oversee the depot, fleet and operational readiness for the next day and provide administrative support, including performance data analysis.

The role requires supervising teams, coordinating drivers and vehicles, and ensuring safety, compliance and effective communication across shifts in the Highlands region.
