Bid Writer – Lead Winning Tender Submissions (Midlands)

Seddon Construction – Housing Partnerships Midlands in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Bid Writer to join the team. You will lead the writing and coordination of bid submissions, ensuring high-quality responses and timely delivery for tenders and PQQs.

The role covers development of technical and non-technical quality responses, production of expressions of interest, visuals, and maintaining bid libraries and case studies. Strong MS Office and InDesign skills are beneficial.
