Senior AV Operations Lead – Live Events

DNA Recruit is recruiting an Operations Manager for a leading global live events and audiovisual business, based at a busy venue in Uxbridge. You will lead the operations team, coordinating AV setups, resources and client relationships to ensure seamless event delivery from setup to breakdown.

The role combines hands-on AV operations leadership with people management, scheduling and commercial responsibility, working closely with venue and sales teams to deliver high-quality events.
