Elite Service Advisor: Elevate Customer Experience

Mercedes Benz of Coldstream is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to their concerns, explain services, estimates and timelines, and offer recommendations based on vehicle condition.

You will schedule appointments, coordinate loan vehicles or shuttle services, monitor progress and relay updates to customers while ensuring warranty and service procedures are followed. You will also keep accurate records and assist with payments and reconciliations.
