Pastoral & Admin Apprentice — Student Wellbeing Support

E-ACT Heartlands Academy in Birmingham is seeking an Apprentice – Pastoral and Administrator Support on a maternity cover to assist with attendance, wellbeing and engagement, while providing administrative support to the pastoral team.

You will maintain records, monitor attendance, support interventions, build positive relationships with students and families, and work 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks.
