Senior Service Advisor – Automotive Customer Experience

Lithia UK in Darlington (Ford) is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer care in our automotive service operations. You will handle estimates, bookings and invoicing, and advise customers on actions and available extras while supporting the aftersales team.

With a passion for cars and strong organisation, you’ll drive customer satisfaction, upsell value products, manage KPIs, and deputise for the Service Leader when needed. A full UK driving licence is essential.
