The Opportunity
This Leveraged Finance Lawyer position provides a broad practice spanning leveraged finance, acquisition finance and refinancing. The successful candidate will support a diverse client base across high value matters, often involving private equity backed transactions, sophisticated capital structures and international stakeholders.
Practice Focus
The team advises on super senior facilities, first out, second lien, unitranche and term loan facilities, alongside facility agreements, term sheets, commitment papers and intercreditor arrangements. The role offers varied deal flow across sectors including energy, transport, real estate, healthcare and financial services, with meaningful responsibility, supervision opportunities and continued professional development.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least five years’ post qualification experience and strong experience in leveraged finance, particularly private equity backed transactions and UK or European mid market financings. This opportunity will suit lawyers who combine technical strength with commercial judgement, initiative, a client focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively while supporting junior colleagues.
