The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.Up to £40,000 Basic Salary | Up to £60,000 OTEBury St EdmundsPermanent | Full TimeWorking Hours: * 5 days per week * Monday to Saturday rotaLead a Successful Sales OperationWe’re currently recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Manager to join a busy and successful main dealership in the Bury St Edmunds area.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive Sales Manager to take responsibility for a successful sales operation, managing a team of 4 Sales Executives and overseeing approximately 80 vehicle sales per month.The successful candidate will have a proven track record within automotive sales management and be confident driving performance, profitability and customer satisfaction across the department.The Role * Managing, motivating and developing a team of 4 Sales Executives. * Overseeing approximately 80 vehicle sales per month. * Driving new and used vehicle sales performance. * Supporting the team with deal management and closing opportunities. * Monitoring KPIs, enquiry levels, conversion rates and profitability. * Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained. * Managing stock performance and maximising departmental profitability. * Coaching Sales Executives to achieve and exceed targets. * Maintaining high standards of FCA compliance and dealership processes. * Working closely with senior management to achieve wider business objectives.What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade. * Proven track record of delivering strong sales results. * Experience managing and developing a sales team. * Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of profitability and KPIs. * Excellent leadership, communication and customer-handling skills. * Driven, motivated and able to lead from the front. * Full UK Driving Licence essential.What’s On Offer * Up to £40,000 Basic Salary, dependent on experience. * Up to £20,000 additional earnings, taking the package to £60,000 OTE+. * Manage a team of 4 Sales Executives. * Approximately 80 cars sold per month from the site. * Established main dealership environment. * Genuine opportunity to make a significant impact on departmental performance. xwwtmva * Long-term career development opportunities.If you’re an experienced Car Sales Manager looking……
