Global Head of Product & Identity Security

Tide is seeking a Head of Product and Identity Security to own product security and IAM strategy, reporting to the CISO. You’ll lead a global team across the UK, Europe and India, shaping secure design, threat modelling, and vulnerability operations while staying hands-on where it counts.

You’ll define roadmaps, partner with executives and engineering leaders, and drive secure architecture, AI security, and zero-trust initiatives to sustain Tide’s cyber resilience.
