Head of Credit Risk Data Science — Lead & Scale Analytics

Cleo is building the world’s first AI financial assistant, and we’re hiring a Head of Data Science to lead credit performance measurement within our Risk & Payments pillar. This player-coach role blends hands-on analysis with team leadership to own the function’s output.

You’ll design the risk metric framework, monitor arrears and loss metrics, and collaborate with Risk Modelling to translate model health into policy and product decisions while growing the team.
