Head of Internal Controls & Quality – EU Bank

Revolut is seeking a Head of Internal Controls & Quality Management to lead first-line risk and controls across Europe Bank. You will oversee operational risk and quality of execution while ensuring our first-line defence remains airtight as we scale.

You will define, evolve, and defend risk appetite across core products, embed automated controls, and drive continuous monitoring and remediation to protect customers and the business.
