VP, Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial (EMEA)

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Vice President in Corporate – Legal – Office of the Secretary to advance governance and company secretarial services across EMEA. You will partner with senior stakeholders, boards and executives, guiding governance matters for legal entities and leading on material communications with directors.

You will collaborate with the EMEA OTS team to deliver strategic governance objectives, ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
