Client Services Leader – Growth, Strategy & Impact (EMEA/US)

Greenpark is seeking a Head of Client Services for a maternity cover 9-month FTC. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office, leading the EMEA & US CS team, managing key client relationships, and collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality, profitable work.

The position focuses on driving client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and coaching the CS team while embedding best practices and AI-enabled efficiency.
