Advanced Physical Design Engineer – 7nm & RTL to GDS

IC Resources seeks a Physical Design Engineer in Cambridge to work across the full RTL to GDS flow on advanced semiconductor designs. You will contribute to implementation across synthesis, placement, routing and signoff, with exposure to cutting edge process nodes and evolving methodologies.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with timing, verification and scripting (TCL/Python/Shell), and a background in mixed-signal or SerDes is a plus.
