Principal Mechanical Engineer – MEP Design Lead

Ridge MEP in Plymouth is seeking a Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our established MEP team. You will lead mechanical design and coordinate with electrical engineers and specialists across multiple projects in residential, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

The role requires strong design capability, a relevant accredited degree and CEng status, and the ability to mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality client service.
