Pear Talent is representing a specialist UK insurer within a major international group, recruiting for Head of Financial Reporting in London. You will lead statutory and regulatory reporting, coordinate external audits and strengthen controls, with scope to automate processes and improve efficiency.

The role reports to the Financial Controller and collaborates with the UK CFO and international leaders to drive accurate financial communication and strong governance across the business.
