Principal AI Engineer – GenAI & Regulated AI Leader

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer in Advanced Engineering to drive AI-powered solutions within a regulated environment. You will lead engineering teams, guide GenAI adoption, and deliver MVPs that scale across the Group.

You’ll work within the Data & AI Unit and CTO to shape AI technology strategy, mentor engineers, and influence critical architectural decisions across the organisation.
