Lead Engineer: AI-Native Delivery & Strategy

Grant Thornton UK is building a new digital function and hiring Lead Engineers to be the senior technical voice in our delivery teams. You will work hands-on, mentor engineers, and shape delivery from prototyping to deployment in an AI-native environment.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and senior stakeholders in a matrix, owning technical direction for one or two small teams and driving quality across delivery.
