Clinical Lead, Neighbourhood Mental Health Team

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Greater Manchester is seeking a Clinical Lead for the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team in Ashton Under Lyne. You will provide leadership and clinical supervision across the MDT to support integrated care for people within GP networks.

You will oversee referrals, triage, risk assessments, care planning and signposting, working in partnership with health, social care and VCSE partners to deliver timely access to services. NHS values apply.
