Senior Embedded Software Engineer – EV Charging (Hybrid)

Voltempo is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop megawatt-scale EV charging firmware for live depot infrastructure, including the UK’s first eHGV network. The role blends hands-on development with system-level design, in a scale-up environment, focusing on reliability, maintainability and secure updates.

You will work across C++ firmware, RTOS/bare-metal, and higher-level supervisory applications, collaborating with hardware and software teams while supporting deployed chargers
