European Sales Leader: Growth & Strategy

Scott Bader is seeking a Sales Leader to steer our European sales organisation, setting the direction and driving our strategy to deliver sustainable growth in volume, margin and market share across Europe.

You will lead regional sales teams, strengthen customer and distributor relationships, and shape opportunities across a diverse European market while collaborating with colleagues in Operations, Supply Chain, Technical, Product Management and Finance to ensure profitable growth.
