Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Project Co-ordinator role based in Guildford, offered on a hybrid basis with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Project Co-ordinator will oversee project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services for renewable energy and infrastructure projects – Primarily focussed on maintenance initially.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, managing logistics and inspections, maintaining documentation, and liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues.
The role involves monitoring project risks, supporting adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards, and contributing to process improvements across the project portfolio.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong coordination skills to administrate schedules, resources, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to support quality control, compliance, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to oversee delivery of parts, engineer dispatch and supply chain coordination for project assets.
- Experience in renewable energy, construction, or engineering environments, ideally within the UK or European markets.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Awareness of project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
- Relevant qualification in engineering, project management, supply chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
