People Services Lead — HR Operations & ER (11-Month)

Zenith Vehicles is seeking an experienced People Shared Services Manager on an 11-month maternity cover. You will lead a team delivering People Services for ~1,500 colleagues, including payroll governance and employee relations, while coaching managers through complex ER matters.

You’ll drive end-to-end lifecycle processes, ensure service levels and data accuracy, and partner with a outsourced payroll provider. This hands-on role requires UK HR expertise and strong leadership.
