Whole-School Behaviour Leader & Safeguarding Deputy

St James Academy in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Behaviour Manager to join our team. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to drive a whole-school behaviour strategy and lead targeted interventions.

You will support staff with behaviour management, act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, line manage staff, deliver training, analyse data and engage with families and external agencies.
