Security Team Lead – 24/7 Operations & Incident Response

Compass Group UK&I ESS is seeking a Lead Security Guard to oversee a security team across healthcare-related sites and facilities. You will plan security and car parking operations, manage rotas, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures and reporting standards.

The role requires frontline SIA licence, leadership experience, and strong English communication. You will liaise with external agencies, support incidents, and drive safety and service improvements within a healthcare environment.
