Senior Finance Manager | AI-Driven Multi-Site Growth

Harmonic Finance is a PE-backed, founder-led multi-site scale-up in London seeking a Senior Finance Manager. You will own the financial model, lead budgeting and forecasting, and prepare investor-ready reporting for the board and PE investors. You will design a modern, AI-first finance function and build the team over time.

You will report to the CEO and Co-Founder, shaping cash flow, monthly packs, and strategic insights to drive site expansion and potential exit. Hybrid London-based role.
