Workday HCM Analyst & Business Partner

Arriva TrainCare is seeking a Workday Analyst – HCM to join the Workday Support Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role can be based in Sunderland or London and operates on a hybrid basis with three days a week in the office.

You will act as a trusted partner to HR and stakeholders, shaping how Workday supports our organisation and delivering value through HCM, recruiting and reporting capabilities. Strong relationship-building and business acumen are essential.
