This is an urgent cover role in the Customer Marketing Team for initially 3 months – with flexibility to extend. You must be available immediately or within 2 weeks to be considered for this urgent role.As CRM Data Manager, you will take ownership of customer data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity and effective management across a range of rail products and services. You will play an important role in supporting customer segmentation, CRM activity, reporting and commercial decision-making.We are looking for someone who is analytical, commercially minded and highly attentive to detail, with experience in a B2C environment – alongside a customer marketing team. You will be comfortable working with large and complex datasets and have the ability to translate data into clear, useful information for both technical and non-technical colleagues.Our client is a leading passenger travel operator, playing an important role in connecting customers and communities across Britain. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days pw in the Central London office.
Essential Experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- CRM data management and segmentation
- SQL and data extraction
- Data governance and deletion processes
- Working independently in a CRM/Data Manager capacity
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong practical experience using SQL and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Experience working with customer data, CRM databases or marketing data.
- Understanding of data protection and GDPR principles.
