Synergi Search & Select Limited, on behalf of a leading manufacturer in Andover, seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a sharp eye for detail and quality to join the team.

The role covers electrical and control maintenance, plus basic mechanical work, with planned and reactive tasks, data recording, and collaboration with operations to drive improvements. A minimum of 5 years in manufacturing engineering and an NVQ3 in electrical engineering are required, with PLC and CMMS experience.
