Food Safety & Quality Leader – FMCG, HACCP & Audits

Pilgrim’S Europe is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead the site HACCP-based Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with BRC, customer and legal standards. You will drive hygiene, investigations and continuous improvement across a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of HACCP/ISO standards and the ability to influence a culture of food safety excellence across the site.
