Weetabix is seeking a production leadership role to oversee secure production workflow, guiding materials from arrival to finished product. You will influence the team to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and morale KPIs.
You will coach and develop staff, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership position within our FMCG manufacturing environment.
