Electrical-Bias Static Maintenance Engineer – London

Apleona UK is seeking a Static Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias for our London area, based in Paddington. The role covers planned maintenance, reactive fault finding and occasional installation within a core contract.

40 hours per week, with flexibility for service delivery and on-call requirements. You will maintain building systems, diagnose faults, and coordinate subcontractors, while ensuring CAFM records and compliance documentation are up to date.
