Automotive Mechanical Design Engineer — CATIA V6

ALTEN Basildon is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our automotive-focused team. You will design and develop mechanical components and assemblies, creating CATIA V6 models and detailed drawings to drive products from concept through production.

You will mentor less experienced engineers, share CATIA V6 best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on design governance and change control. Hybrid on-site work with strong manufacturing insight is preferred.
