Night-Shift Field Service Lead for Installations

Focal Systems is seeking a Field Service Team Lead for a 6-month fixed-term contract, working at customer sites across the UK. The role involves overnight installations, coordinating a small team of technicians, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will lead planning, site checks, and customer liaison, driving timely completion and clear reporting while training team members and maintaining high performance KPIs.
