FMCG Engineering Manager | Plant Leader & CI Champion

IPS (Part of the Culina Group) is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the site engineering team at Featherstone on a 6-month fixed-term basis. You will drive maintenance strategies, safety compliance, and continuous improvement to deliver an operationally excellent factory in line with business goals.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years’ engineering experience in FMCG settings, TPM knowledge, and hands-on CMMS experience.
