Senior Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services

About the Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established global team in London, UK.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to placement
• Developing and managing relationships with leading Financial Services organisations in the UK and internationally
• Working on specialist and senior-level mandates across the domestic and international markets
• Building and developing your own client and candidate network
• Developing deep sector expertise within your chosen area
• Working closely with our international teams across the UK, Europe, APAC, MENA and Africa
• Collaborating with our dedicated research team to identify and engage specialist talent

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience within Financial Services, Investment & Asset Management, Insurance, Reinsurance, Banking, Finance, Technology or related professional services
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Excellent sourcing, candidate engagement and market-mapping capabilities
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage assignments independently
• An entrepreneurial and proactive approach to developing a market
• The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively within an international team
• Excellent written and spoken English
