Social Care Officer: Flexible, Impactful Community Support

London Borough of Newham is seeking a Social Care Officer to develop skills in case work under the Care Act, including promoting independence and Direct Payments. You will conduct assessments, reviews and work with customers and carers in the community within the Adult Social Care neighbourhood team.
