Growth Lead – Infrastructure & Public Sector

WSP in the UK & Ireland is looking for a senior growth-focused professional to lead the Roads sector expansion in a hybrid role. You’ll balance client-facing, billable work with strategic growth initiatives, engaging with defence, aviation, rail, healthcare and other sectors. Base locations include London, Basingstoke or Cambridge.

You’ll develop opportunities, manage key accounts, and direct bids while aligning with regional leadership on development and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
