Victim Care Officer — Hybrid, Flexible & Impactful Support

Victim Support in Cardiff is seeking a Victim Care Officer to join our South Wales team on a 37.5-hour week, on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028. The role supports victims and witnesses of crime via telephone, delivering emotional and practical assistance.

You will work in a small team, with robust training provided; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 at home, and opportunities for career development.
